CAPABILITIES

ASAS employs advanced field instrumentation and electronic initiation systems to achieve precise, repeatable, and safe blasting results. These technologies support accurate measurement of explosive performance, optimized sequencing, and strict vibration control.

Blasting Seismograph (Vibrograph): Continuously monitors ground vibration (PPV) and air blast to safeguard nearby structures and ensure compliance with permit conditions. The collected data refines blast designs for future operations.

Velocity of Detonation (VOD) Meter: Measures detonation velocity and provides a direct indicator of explosive strength and performance for quality control of ANFO and emulsion charges.

High-Resolution Shot Timing Logger: Records initiation times (0–20,000 ms) across the blast pattern, enabling post-blast timing analysis, verification of delays, and optimization of sequencing for improved fragmentation and reduced vibration.

Electronic Initiation System (Logger + Blaster + Electronic Detonators): Provides millisecond-accurate programmable delays using electronic detonators for guaranteed in-sequence firing and superior control compared to conventional systems. Results in improved rock breakage, reduced misfires, and minimal environmental impact.

Exploder/ Blasting Machine with Built-in Ohmmeter: Enables pre-blast circuit testing and continuity verification of the detonator network, ensuring circuit integrity before firing. Significantly reduces the risk of misfires and improves overall blast safety and reliability.
